Born in 1886, James Van der Zee migrated to Harlem from from Lenox Massachusetts in 1906. A gifted youth, he took an early interest in music and photography building a dark room in his parents home to develop the many photographs of the residents of Harlem.
Recreational and developmental table tennis coincide at the Nigerian American Table Tennis Development Center (NATTDC).
The goal of the club is to provide an atmosphere for members and for drop-ins that is conducive to having fun and to developing skills through the talented coaches and players who volunteer their expertise.
